Who we are

Aurko is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the USA, devoted to empowering vulnerable communities and promoting diversity and inclusivity. Our mission is to ensure that less privileged individuals, particularly women and children, have access to the education, resources, and support they need to lead independent, successful lives. By focusing on constructive learning programs and community engagement, we strive to create a brighter, more equitable future for all.

Shahoshika is an initiative designed to empower women aiming to pursue higher education globally, with a special emphasis on opportunities in the USA. This program offers comprehensive support to female aspirants and F1 visa holders, guiding them through the application process with personalized counseling, monthly webinars, and assistance in preparing SOPs and application packages. Shahoshika is dedicated to breaking down barriers and enabling women to achieve their academic and professional dreams.

Swapnanagar Bidyaniketon is our pioneering educational project located in a remote village in the Chittagong district of Bangladesh. As the first school of its kind in the area, Swapnanagar provides essential education to children from underprivileged and marginalized families who live below the poverty line. This project is not just about schooling; it’s about giving children who have never had access to education a chance to learn, grow, and break the cycle of poverty.
